Next time I think we will add red peppers to give it even more of a clams casino vibe. It’s definitely different that our usual recipe, but it’s also a winner. It’s got bacon, tomatoes, parsley, shallots. It’s almost like clams casino, but since it’s pasta its better. It seems to have become our Labor Day weekend clams and pasta of choice since we had it last year as well. This weekend we had another take on our clams and pasta dish.
And we will still be going to the beach and hopefully eating more clams and spaghetti. Even though summer still has a few more weeks, I am feeling the fall vibes now and I am sad about it.īut since summer is technically not over yet, this will definitely not be our last summer dish.
And I am always in my feels when it’s over. Labor Day weekend always gives me that feeling. Well summer officially feels over and done. Clam Daddys clams made our summer Saturday pasta so so good & we already can’t wait for next summer !! We had so much fun with all the different recipes this summer. We can’t believe our favorite clams and pasta season is coming to an end. Like clams casino but better because it’s pasta of course.
